In response to globalization, rapid technological advancement, and the accelerating circulation of knowledge and information, the Department is committed to helping students remain at the forefront of developments in the field. Our distinguished faculty provide rigorous yet dynamic instruction that integrates both theoretical foundations and practical applications.

Faculty members teaching in the Executive Master’s Program are recognized scholars and professionals in relevant fields in Taiwan and abroad. Each faculty member possesses specialized expertise and has established a strong academic and professional reputation within their respective discipline.

By bringing together students with diverse educational and professional experiences, the program aims to foster a dynamic and interdisciplinary network of professionals. The Department also regularly organizes seminars, workshops, and other professional development activities to broaden students’ perspectives and enhance their international outlook.

Admission

Admission Examination for the Executive Master’s Program

Application guidelines are generally announced in late October each year. Applications must be submitted online together with all required documents. Hard-copy submissions by post are not accepted.

Eligibility

Applicants must be currently employed and meet both of the following requirements:

  1. Hold a bachelor’s degree from a university or independent college accredited by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan; hold a bachelor’s degree from an overseas university or independent college recognized in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education; or possess equivalent academic qualifications.

  2. Have accumulated at least one year of work experience.

Program Requirements

The standard period of study is one to four years. Students who are unable to complete the required coursework or master’s thesis within the prescribed period may extend their study for up to two additional years.

Students must complete a minimum of 29 credits and fulfill all degree requirements to be awarded the Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree.
